Friday Night Reflections - it has begun...

--We had some GREAT discussion Friday night!
--The question was asked... what do you like most about Jesus?
--Everyone's answers were different, and we were challenged with the unique roles God has called each of us to do in order to truly become the BODY of Christ

--Our first OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY was announced!

Parent's Night Out / Saturday, March 7th / 4-6pm / watching kids for parents that need a break (email me if you have questions)

--We finished up Barbarian Way on Friday too (amazing book!)... closed the night with this quote:

"If you choose to live your life this way, if you make the insane decision to live your life for the sake of others, if you choose to follow the One whose barbarian path led Him to the brutality of the Cross, and if you embrace His invitation to take up your own cross and follow Him, then IT HAS BEGUN."

--We were challenged to deny ourselves safety and security, to take up our cross of servanthood and love, and to follow Jesus.
